Refer a Friend Promotion - Terms and Conditions

The NIVO Refer a Friend Promotion allows existing NIVO customers to receive a bill credit when they refer a new customer who successfully activates NIVO internet service.

By participating in this promotion, both the referrer and the referred customer agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility
The promotion is open to active residential NIVO internet customers located within NIVO’s Ontario service areas.

To qualify for the referral credit:

  • The referrer must be an active NIVO customer in good standing.
  • The referred friend must not be an existing NIVO customer.
  • The referred friend must reside within a NIVO serviceable area.
  • The referred friend must sign up for a new residential NIVO internet service.
  • The referred friend must use the promo code REFERRAL2026 at the time of sign up.


Referral Credit
When a referred customer successfully activates their NIVO service:

  • The referring customer will receive a $99 bill credit.
  • The referred customer will receive a $99 bill credit.
  • Credits will be applied to the customers’ NIVO accounts after the referred service installation is completed and activated.
  • Credits are non transferable, have no cash value, and may only be applied to active NIVO accounts.


Multiple Referrals
There is no limit to the number of referrals an eligible NIVO customer may make. Each successful referral that results in a completed installation and service activation will qualify for an additional $99 bill credit.

Promotion Period
This promotion is valid until May 31, 2026.
NIVO reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Additional Conditions

  • Referral credits will only be issued after the referred customer’s service installation has been completed and the service is active.
  • Accounts must remain in good standing to receive promotional credits.
  • If a referred customer cancels their service before installation or activation, the referral credit will not be issued.
  • This promotion may not be combined with other promotional referral offers unless otherwise specified by NIVO.


General
NIVO reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse or revoke referral credits in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
