Find NIVO contest rules and regulations.

The Find NIVO Contest is sponsored by NIVO.

Contest Period

The contest begins at 12:01 a.m. EDT on July 2, 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. EDT on August 29, 2026 (“Contest Period”).

The winner will be selected on September 2, 2026.

Eligibility

The contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, directors, officers of PomeGran Inc. (NIVO), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child), or any person living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

The contest is void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

No purchase necessary.

To receive one (1) entry during the Contest Period:

1) Find the NIVO vehicle.

2) Take a photo that clearly shows the NIVO vehicle.

3) Share the photo in a public Facebook post, tag @NIVONorthernOntario, and include #FindNIVO.

Limit of one (1) entry per person, per calendar day. Entries must remain publicly visible until the winner has been confirmed.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • One (1) cash prize starting at CAD $500, increasing by CAD $5 for each eligible contest entry received, up to a maximum prize value of CAD $1,000.

The final prize amount will be determined based on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for any other prize or credit, except as required by law. NIVO reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection

One eligible entry will be selected by random draw on September 2, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The selected entrant will be contacted through Facebook Messenger or by commenting on their contest entry, requesting that they make contact.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within seventy two (72) hours, declines the prize, fails to meet the eligibility requirements, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, NIVO reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Skill Testing Question

To comply with Canadian law, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the official winner.

Photo Requirements

Submitted photos must:

  • Be taken by the entrant.

  • Clearly show the NIVO vehicle.

  • Not contain illegal, unsafe, or dangerous activity.

  • Not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any other person.

  • Not contain offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

Participants must obey all traffic laws at all times.

Do not take photographs while driving.

Permission to Use Entries

By entering, participants grant NIVO Internet (PomeGran Inc.) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, repost, and share submitted photographs for promotional, advertising, marketing, and social media purposes, without additional compensation, with photographer credit where practical.

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this contest will be used solely for administering the contest, contacting the winner, and awarding the prize, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

General Conditions

NIVO reserves the right to:

  • Verify the eligibility of any entrant.

  • Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the contest.

  • Substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
